"Talkin' to You" and its synthetic production haunt us with extremely smooth vocal performances that are more like a ticking time bomb, so eager are they to explode at any moment. Artificial production tricks allow this single to acquire an inexhaustible energy. Carson and her soft voice have a crush, but they're too scared to tell her, which reminds me a lot of some nostalgic Weezer hits and all this boyish attitude - ish is a treat for our keen ears enchanted by super catchy indie pop!
