What first got you into music?
- Skateboarding was what got me into music that I really bonded with. Punk Rock and Metal were always playing when I’d go hang with friends and also the dominant genre in the 90’s skateboard movies, which I loved.
2. What or who is your inspiration to create music?
- For me, music is all about emotions and how it makes you feel. So inspiration is mostly driven by a piece of music that does something to me and I want to pursue.
3. What's your most controversial music opinion?
-Solos are necessary in music!
4. Will you tell us something embarrassing about you?
- Country music is growing on me…
5. How is your perfect day?
- Spending time with family, friends, and making music in my home studio.
6. What memorable responses have you had to your work so far?
- Tying this to a specific event is hard. Getting invited to a radio station was great! Getting on the Rib Fest bill was also great. But nothing beats coming to a practice with a riff or song and getting the whole bands “thumbs up” and getting them to chime in and build songs together.
7. Do you see yourself as a music nerd?
- More a gear nerd for sure.

- Pennywise, Full Circle
- Metallica, Black Album / MOP
- and so many more actually…
9. What's your favorite movie?
Blood in / Blood out
